The 4 Best and Easiest Smoothie Recipes!

Updated: Sep 25, 2018

So I don't usually measure out my smoothie ingredients but I decided to give you a general idea of my smoothie recipes. I usually just throw a bunch of my favorite ingredients into the Vitamix and blend! I have never made a smoothie I didn't like!

A few quick tips

  • I use frozen fruit because it is easy to keep in the freezer (I buy organic from Costco) PLUS it makes the smoothie a nice texture and cold.

  • You can use fresh fruit - but if you want your smoothie to be cold you will need to add in ice.

  • You can add Oats and 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt ( I prefer Fage) to any of these recipes which is a great way to add protein, fiber and to make your smoothie more filling/hearty.

  • I know its hard to keep bananas from going bad so a trick is to peel them, cut them up, and store in freezer!

  • I use this Vitamix blender!
