On our Honeymoon we stayed at Constance Ephelia in Mahe, Seychelles for 4 days and it was truly relaxing!
This hotel was exactly what we needed! The rooms were gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the beaches were breathtaking! There were two different beaches you could take advantage of. One of the beaches had a huge tide that came in and out so it would be super low at some points in the day – and the other beach was super bight blue water but was a little more crowded and had some boats anchored in the water. There were lounge chairs set up by the beaches and pool towels in you rooms. You can rent snorkeling gear, paddle boards, kayaks, and even sign up for snorkeling trips (for $). They had multiple pools that were nice to sit at and order lunch (which we only did one day). There is also a beach bar you can order drinks and get served to in your lounge chairs.
There are multiple restaurants that you have to make reservations for a day in advance because they book up quickly – which is why we ended up eating at the buffet a couple nights – which was actually very good! I would pay attention to the buffet schedule because they had a different cuisine every night and if you aren’t into that type of cuisine then you are out of luck. The buffet breakfast was excellent – you can get almost anything you want. Our package only included breakfast and dinner (which seemed to be all we needed). The Asian style restaurant was divine – omg it was so good I wanted to go back!
All in all – I would definitely recommend Constance Ephelia if you are on your honeymoon or if you are on a mid-level budget vacation – If you are on a tighter budget it might be a little pricey and if you are on a high-end budget then definitely check-out the Four Seasons!
Let me know if you have any questions about the Seychelles before booking! We explored a lot of the islands (Mahe, La Digue, and Praslin)
