Best Salad EVER

I will try to give some measurements but its a salad so kind of self explanatory - also depends if you are making it for yourself or a large one for dinner. My best advice is to make the chicken,turkey bacon, and dressing and then you can make it throughout the week and add in all the ingredients as you want to eat it. This is a CHOPPED salad so all the ingredients you want nice small pieces, this way every bite is a fork full of all the delicious ingredients.


Grilled Chicken - Chop up into small pieces

Turkey Bacon - Chopped (Don't need a ton of this - just gives it a little bite)

Red Onion - Chopped or Minced

Avocado - Chopped into chunks

Feta (optional if trying to be healthy)

Kalamata Olives (my preference)

Arugula - I think better if you chop the Arugula too


This is a link to the dressing I kind of went by - I put it in my Vitamix and it didn't come out super thick but it was delicious none-the-less

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Mustard (optional)

Salt and Pepper
